Take a deep breath...

Deep breathing is good for the soul, atleast i think so. Now im not saying that if you are stressed you need to go enroll yourself in some sort of deep breathing yoga class to make your stress away. Mainly because i am a college student and we college kids have zero money. Instead find someone you are close with to talk to about what is stressing you out. Whether it be a big test thats coming up, boy troubles, or family issues, im sure that person has went through something similar to what your going through at the moment.

I have had a lot of unnecessary stress in my life that shouldn't have been there. I let certain things that are really stupid get to me pretty easily, then i end up stressing over the little things. Stress for me is another way the devil tempts us. He is saying that we should focus all our attention on this certain thing and spend so much time on it that it makes us forget about God for a little bit. If we all take our problems to God that won't happen. He is there for a reason, He always listens, and He always delivers. Keep your heart, mind, and soul on Him and your life will be complete!
